Terms of rent

Within the booking and payment of this service the renter/booker enters into a contract with:

§ 1 Object of agreement

Cool-Cruising-Tenerife, S.L offers guided Trike tours.
The client decides by booking and paying for one of the offered modules and obtains the following services:

• fundamental services just as described in the operators homepage

• Permission to drive a Trike rented by the owner for the duration of the booked excursion within the framework of legal requirements and respecting the social rules.

• for the duration of the excursion:  a vehicle, helmet, balaclava/bonnet/triangular scarf, intercom system, if necessary rain clothing

§ 2 Duration of the contract

The contract extends for the duration of the booked tour.

§ 3 Requirements for the rent

The driver must be at least 25 years old and must have a valid driving licence for at least 2 years as well as an identity card or designate a corresponding driver.

§ 4 Takeover of vehicle

The driver recognizes due to the takeover, that the vehicle is in an impeccable, clean, roadworthy and safe to drive vehicle that does not show up any faults and defects.
For non indicated defects, which are apparent at the moment of vehicle return, the driver is, in burden of proof.

§ 4 Liability /Insurance

Self-inflicted accidents are covered as part of  the liability insurance of the company. With his booking the client agrees, to indemnify the company the loss occurred equal to the Insurance Excess amount. Furthermore the booker is liable for damages caused by additional drivers or co-drivers. By booking an additional comprehensive insurance without personal contribution the lessor releases the client of any claims of recourse

§ 5 Declaration of consent

By booking and paying the customer/booker declares that he has read the safety information and the rental terms and conditions and agrees and accepts them.
